Robin has over 20 years of experience working within the special fastener industry, possessing extensive product and technical knowledge in petrochemical grade bolting and special fasteners.
At 16 Robin worked as an office junior at a market leading manufacturer and became an important member of the sales team by the age of 18.
Over the next few years he progressed, undertaking a variety of sales roles internally and externally before becoming sales manager.
Robin moved on to hold a directorship/shareholder position at a start-up stockholding and manufacturing business leading the sales & marketing functions and delivering significant growth.

Dan began work in the fastener industry as a warehouse operative at the age of 17. By 19 he had progressed to work in the sales department.
Over the next 4 years he was promoted through sales and business development positions to become sales manager of the global manufacturing business.
Since then Dan has held director/shareholder business development and marketing positions at two other leading manufacturing businesses in the United Kingdom and Middle East.
Dan brings over 17 years of front-end business development experience to the team with specific market knowledge of bolting, gaskets, pipe, fittings, flanges and forgings - serving the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power and Heavy Engineering industries.

Richard has over 30 years experience of special fastener manufacture and has held quality management, production and directorship positions.
He brings his knowledge of quality management systems, production, materials, technical specifications and metrology to the company.

Ian has been in the fastener industry all of his working life.
He began his career in the early 1980's and formed a specialised manufacturing company in 1986.
The company become a market leader and was sold to an American Corporation in 2013.
Ian has since consulted within the specialist manufacturing industry
Ian brings considerable commercial, financial and technical expertise to support the business.

John Staite
30th June 1948 - 5th June 2020
John sadly passed away on the 5th June 2020
John was involved with manufacturing businesses for more than 50 years including 27 years as Chief Financial Officer of a publicly quoted company.
He also spent spent 10 years in the fastener industry, guiding a manufacturer through some of their best years culminating in the business being sold.
John added significant financial and management experience to the team.
John was a gentleman with integrity, intelligence and class - truly one of a kind.
He will be missed and remembered by all that had the pleasure of knowing him.
