Energy Bolting are delighted to announce the appointment of Richard Harris as our Quality and Technical Manager
Richard has over 30 years experience of special fastener manufacture and has held quality management, production and directorship positions.
He has developed business processes and management systems which have been audited and approved by some of the world's leading energy companies.
Richard brings his knowledge of quality management systems, production, materials, technical specifications and metrology to the company.
"I believe that planning is key to successful production and supply: consider the requirements, prepare a suitable process, verify it and follow it meticulously to achieve consistently reliable results."
As a key member of our leadership team, his primary focus will be the continuous improvement of our ISO accredited management system and business processes - cementing strong foundations for years to come.
Richard will also assist our technical sales and production using his knowledge of materials, technical specifications, manufacturing, testing and documentation.
This appointment takes the combined experience of our leadership team beyond 140 years. Our clients business is in safe hands.
