Energy Bolting is delighted to announce our sponsorship of the LCA Academy Of Performing Arts for their forthcoming Oscars ceremony.
LCA is a midlands based TV and Film focused Performing Arts Academy for ages 3-18.
LCA also run an Actors agency for their students and adult actors across the UK.
The academy is run by professional TV and Film Actress Eleanor Ham who started her career on CBBC at the age of 13 and has worked in the industry ever since.
LCA which holds classes in Four Oaks on Thursday evenings and Lichfield on Saturdays has commissioned 9 short films with every one of their 230 students being cast a part.

Eleanor, Director of LCA said ‘We think it’s really important for our students to get an insight to what life is like on an actual film set.
We have employed a professional crew who work on a variety of TV shows, Commercials and Films to give the students a real life experience.
The students learn so much during the process – from auditioning through to the premiere of the films at our annual LCA Oscars. They all love it! It’s amazing to be a part of it and our students have smashed the first week of filming – we are all already on countdown to the LCA Oscars!’

Eleanor said ‘The filming and the event costs us thousands, but we are keen to continue to give our students this experience, there is nothing better than seeing their faces light up when they see themselves on the big screen and it’s also such a great opportunity for our families to get together at the event to celebrate their child’s achievements. We have cocktails/mocktails, popcorn, a silent auction, raffle, awards for every student – we are even having a guest DJ this year! We like to go all out!’

We are delighted to support LCA and look forward to the oscars event at the National Memorial Arboretum in April.
LCA classes are open to students aged 3-17 and are held in Lichfield on Saturdays and Four Oaks on Thursday evenings.
There are currently a small number of places available for the Easter term.
