During production, a globally recognised manufacturer of valves and subsea equipment contacted us with an urgent project requirement.
The requirement was for bespoke manufacture of two items - 1.7/8" AF hexagon pillars to client drawing and material specification ASTM A320 L7
In addition to the urgent need for non standard bolting, the product required Zinc Nickel coating!
This type of product would typically be supplied on a lead time of 3 weeks, understanding the need of our client Energy Bolting went above and beyond and delivered product on site within 3 days from receipt of purchase order!
